Family Reunion/Graduation Parties
Book your child's birthday party using our indoor pool and basketball/volleyball court. Guests will have access to both areas along with mudroom and bathroom. All other areas of the home will be restricted. You may bring in your own food and beverages, table and chairs are available. Maximum occupancy is 20 people and reservation will be for 4 hours.Â

Book your company events with us. Guests will have access to the main floor of the home, including kitchen, dining and living area and the basement with walkout to the backyard patio. All other areas of the home, including pool and court will be restricted. You may bring in your own food beverages. Maximum occupancy is 30 people and reservation will be for 5Â hours.

Book your family gatherings with us. Guests will have access to the main floor including kitchen, dining and living area as well as indoor pool and basketball/volleyball court and basement with additional gaming and movie room. You may bring in your own food and beverages. Maximum occupancy is 50 people and reservation will be for 6 hours. Porta Johns will need to be brought on site.

Host one of your most important days with us, your wedding. Book for the day of or spend the weekend using the property and having access to the entire home. Bring in your own food and beverage vendor. Tents, tables, chairs and Porta Johns will need to be brought on site.
